Co., in the sum of < 1,000.00 signed by 'The Fidelity and Casualty Companv of DTe?,' York. George A. Schock, attorney for Steve Sypachalski, appeared before the Board -ith a written ar-reement for the settlement of a claim against the city of South Bend for persona 1 dam?pes received by said Spyche lski w1h ile employed by the Street llepartment. Said agreement asked for damages in the sum of '990.00 together with the ?oazrnient of doctor bill in the sum of ?111.33. After duscussion of said matter, the Board decides to take the matter up ,-Tith the Cabinet and with the City Attorney.
