Kuss present. 11.7inute s of ineeting held Monday, October 23, 1933, read and approved. The Board approved the renewal certificate for the Bond of p. C. Christman Co.., in the sum of s l,000.00 signed by United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company. The Board approved the Uontractors Bond written in favor of Oscar A. Heinrich and signed by Fidelity and Deposit 'Company of Y-pryland by Hugh Dunnahoo, attorney -in - fact. The Board approved claims of various departments in the sum of $378.25. The Board. approved the pay roll claims for the Street and Alley Department and for the Cemetery Department in the sum of $2,582.10 and hereby orders eityy Controller to pay same. Representatives of the Standard Oil Comp?ny were present asking that authority be given them to fill with sand or conbrete the two, one thousand gallon gasoline storF age tanks located finder the sidewalk at 111 - 115 East LaSalle Avenue. In the above named matter, the Board instructed the Clerk of the Board to give the Standard Oil Company written authorization tofill said tanks at their conven- ience. Meeting adjourned at 4 P. I-.
