Dear Sir:
September 28,133
Subject: East Tutt Street
East Tutt Street from Michigan Street to Fellows Street is used very much
by all trucking companyes, Sibley Machine Co., and Stephenson MfV. Company, in addition
to a lot of miscellaneous traffic.
This brick street has been broken up in many places in repairing sewer,
water and ga. s lines. It is very full of pot holes and these get larger rapidly due
to the %eavy traffic.
Could these sunken brick be lifted out and filling put in,; and the bricks
turned over andrelaid at a very small expense? It would be practically all labor
as no material except gravel to fill holes under brick, would be required.
'he respectfully ask your consideration of this street before winter season.
Yours very truly,
Stephenson Mfg. Co.,
By L. A. W,91ker, Pres."
The Board approved claims for various departments in the sum of $351.67
and hereby orders City Controller to pay same when money is available.
Meeting adjourned at 4 P. M.
Attest:
Clerk
