Board mt in regular session at 3 P. Y. Mr. Dick Johnson and Mr. Ralph
N. Kuss present. Mr. W. S, Moore, City Engineer also present.
Minutes of meeting held Monday, August 28th. , 1933, read and approved.
The Board approved the excavation bond in favor of Thomas E. Brinker in
the sum of 819000.00 signed by Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland by Hugh B.
Dunnahoo, attornye-in-fact.
The Board approved the excavation bona in favor of Chester J. & Alex
R. Niezgodski, doing business as Niezgodski Brothers, in the sum of $10000.00 signed
by The Employers Liability Assurance Corporation by Alexis Coquillard, attorney -in -
fact.
The Board approved the renewal certificate for the excavation bond in favor
of Goheen Plumbing & Heating Coo, of M''ishawaka Ind iana , in the sum of $1, 000.00 signed
by The Employers' Liability Assurance Corporation by Alexis Coquillard, attorney -in -
fact.
The Board. instructed Clerk of the Board to have Mr. Joseph Labiezienski,
insurance went, sent bill covering the premium on insurance of the Street Department
garage. baid premium is 014.65 on $21500.00 insurance.
The Board approved pay roll claims for various departments in the sum of
$5,701635 and hereby orders City Controller to pay same.
The Board approved claims for various departments in the sum of $69249.78
and hereby orders City Controller to pay same when funds are available.
