prices to be chsrFed for certain lamps, all as set forth,. in the attached tabulation.
The said Food ifi cation is in no gray to affect tie terms and conditions contr fined. in
said lipl-ti.ng contra ctd except as stipulated in the attached schedules.
The Y.yor and Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, if this
proposed mpdificat ion is acceptable to the T ayor and the Board, will join with
Indiana & Michigan Electric Company in presenting the matter to the Public Service
lommission of Ind. Tana for its approval.
