Permission to widen the drive way in front, of their -property at 326 S. Carroll Street
to q,llcw their trucks to get in and out more easily. The Board instructed City Engin-
,leer to investigate the matter and make a report on same at the next meeting.
The matter of retaining the Parking Lot attendant was discussed and it
�decidec' by the Board to have hi-r. Johnson orinp the rrrtter up before the Cabinet 141eeting

The -'Board approved the renewal certificete for the Excavation Bond in
ifavor of the Indian,-- Bell Telephone Compeny in the sam of ',1,000.00 sip-ned -by American
SuretjT Com-geny of New York.
The Board epprovea clains for -vnrinus departments in the sum of �803.33
'land hereby orders City Vontroiler to -pay same.
Communication from the 1--alTor was received ordering all offices closed
