condition cue to the recent heevy rains.
The Board approved claims for various cl epartm.ent s in the sum of 782.69
and- hereby orders City Controller to pay same.

their weekly meetings on T:onday afternoons at 2 P. T:=., instead of Tuesday mornings
as heretofore. The above arrangement to be adhered to except such times as the present
schedule will allow, due to previous orders of the Board. (Vote: Due to the fact
that bits have been a d vert itsed to be received on June 6 th . , for the grading of the able
West of Franklin Street under Improvement Resolution Fo.2474; end also for the hearing
on resolution no.2476 for the vacation of the alley east of Frances Street from 8t.
Vincent Street to alley north of St. Vincent Street, which has been scheduled for
June 20th . , 1933, at 10 : 00 A. r:_. , the Board will meet on these days in addition to the
regular TIonday weekly meetings as recommended. by T,yor Finkle. )

Boars yet in zegular session at 2-30 P. I.I. 1,r. Dick Johnson and
1ph Kuss were, present. City Engineer, Wm. 6. 1:'oore, was also present.
I'Ir. Ward of the Levy "u'ard wholesale Grocery Company was present asking
permission to widen the drive gray in front of their property at 326 S. Carroll Street
to allow their trucks to get in and out more easily. 'fhe Board instructed City Engin-
eer to investip-a_te the matter and make a report on same at the next meeting.
The matter of retaining the Parking Lot attenrlac.t was discussed and it
decides' by -tie board to have j+=r. Johnson bring the ratter up before the Cabinet Tieeting
before any definite action is taken by the Boars'.
`lhe Board approved the renewal cert ifi cP- to for the Excavation Bond in
fav^r of the Indiana Bell Telephone Cormpen.y in the aim of ,.1,000.00 sipped by American
Surety C omna ny of New York.
The Boerd approved claims for wri^,,.s departments in the sum of '803.33
and hereby orders City r1ontroller to day same.
