condition due to the recent heavy rains.

jTpon the recomn-ende tion of ?:"ayor Yinkle, the D,oard hereby d ecides to hold ■
their weekly meetings on T�ondey afternoons at 2 P. I%, instead of Tuesday mornings
as heretofore. The above arrangement to be adhered to except such times as the present
schedule will allow, due to previous orders of the Board. (Vote: Due to the fact y
that Ws have been advertised to be received on June 6th . , for the grading of the al le •
West of Franklin Street under Improvement Resolution To.2474; and also for the hearing I.
on resolution No.2476 for the vacation of the alley east of Frances Street from 8t.
Vincent Street to alley north of St. Vincent Street, which has been scheduled for
June 20th . , 1933, at 10 : 00 A. LT. , the Board v,.a ll meet on these days in addition to the
regular Monday weekly meetings as recommended by T.ayor Hinkle.)
