Board approved the excavation bond in favor of Noah Yalott in the sun of J>1,000.0
signed by Atna Casualty and Surety Company.

rf. J. Brnunsdorff A .ion, signed by the Continental Casualty Company.
The Boarr' approved the Fire Insurance Policy for the Northwest Fire Station
issued in the sure. of ` 10,000.00 anC signed and executed by Westchester Fire Insurance
Company of New pork. Premium on same in the sum of 0,163.00 in favor of Ketchen Bros.,
was approved by the Bo and .
Upon the re commenda ti on of mayor k`i . R . Hinkle , th e Boa rd , here by, orders that
the track e levetion salaries pe id to City Engineer, E. C:. Ray, in the sum of 4,000.00
Rer ,year, and to Eazel A. Turner, Clerk of the Board of Public Works, in the sum of
01,200.00 per year, be suspended temporarily beginninp June 1, 1033, end further orders
that any and all duties in connection with Track Elevetion that may be ze(erred to
said City Engineer or said. Clerk of the Board of Public Works in their respective
official positions, be handled by them as heretofore.
The Board approved payroll claims for va ri ous departments in the sum of
0,972.18 anc' :hereby orders City Controller to pay same.
The Board approved claims for various d epartments in the sum of Q�1,40508 and
hereby orders City Controller to pay same.
