I also note that at the present time that the western ligr:t pole, and also the as tern light -pole have a red light on the top of same, but never the less, ? believe bat these constitute a defect in said Avenue, and that: a driver of an automobile driv ng as they do under various weather conri.tions, is very liable to run into and against ne of those posts, an(q, thereby suffer severe personal injuries- • or possibly loss of if e .
