Board zit in mpular session at 10-30 A.M. All members present. Minutes of
meeting held Tuesday, ldareh.14th., 1933, read and approved.
This being the date set, continued hearing; was had on Condemne. ti on Resolution
Iyo.2435 for the opeing of California Avenue from east line of Chica€o= Indiana and.
Southern hailroed right of way to Wilber Street.
In the above need condemnation resolution, the Board decides to continue
! hearing until Tuesday, A i1 4th., �1933. Clerk of the Board instructed to advise
the representatives of the Railroad Company of said continued hearing date, as also
11 other persons known to be- interested in said opening.
The Board approved claims for various departments in the sum of 1349.37 and
hereby orders City Controller to pay same.
The .8(x� rd approved in fire insurance policies for the "Liver park Fire Station
issued throUrlh the Lloyd Insursnce Agency in the sum of $15,000.00 for a period of
three years.

The Bop.rd approved the fire insu.rar_ce policy for the building in the rear of
219-221 N. Hill Street in the sum of $�700.00 issued through the Sherman Ellison Agency
for e. period of one year.

The Doa rd approved the renewal certificate far the Excavation bond in favor
of 'kri. Otterstein & Son, of Yishawaka, Indiane, in the sum of E'1,000.00 signed by
Aetna Ca sua It y a nd Sure ty Compa ny.
The board approved the renei-ml certificate for the excavatuon bond in favor
of Robert L. Thorpe, in the sum. of �1,000.00 signed by I:etropolitan Casualty and
Ins ur an c e o om� ny o f l ew York.
The -boerd I)ay roll claims for various departments in the sum of ?79741.86.
The -Uonrd epproved the pay roll claim for Grade Separation work in the sum
of 4{433.33 arxz hereby orders citir controller to p-ay same out of Track Elevation funds.
The boerd ep-omved claims for vi"rious cenartments in the sum bf $237.23.
