meeting held Tuesday, T-dareh.14th., 1933, read arr3 approved.

Tyo.2435 for the op eing o f California Avenue from east line of Chic ego; Indiana and.
Southern railroad right of *ay to Wilber Street.
In the above nap_ed condemnation resolution, the Board decides to continue
hearing until Tuesday, Aisi1 4th., 1933. clerk of the Board instructed to advise
the representatives of the Railroad Company of said continued hearing date, as also
other persons lmown to be. interested in said opening.
The hoard approved claims for various departments in the sum of $349.37 and
hereby orders City Controller to pay same.
The 1Bccrd approved in fire insurance policies for the giver P,�rk Fire Station
issued through the Lloyd Insurance Agency in the sum of15,000.00 for a per?od of
three ve ars .
The Yoaro approved the fire insurance policy for the building in the rear of
219-221 N. Hill Street in the sum of $700.00 issued through the Sherman Ellison Agency
for a. period of one year.

The boerd approved the renei?:al certificate for the excavatdon bond in favor
of Robert L. Thorpe , in th e sum of q .000.00 signed b77- I etropoliten Casualty and
Insurance uompe ny of IJew York.

The goer" pay roll claims for various cepertments in the sum. of ?7,741.86.
The Boerd approved the pay roll claim for Grade Separation work in the sum
of s{433.33 Sri hereby orders city controller to pay same out of Track Elevation funds.
