Board met in regular session at 10-30 A. M. All members present. Minutes
of meting held .Tuesday, February 7th., 1933, read and approved.

The Board approved pay roll claims for various departments ill the sum of
8, 520.38 inelud i ng the extrapay rolls for snow r emoval.
The Board approved claims for various departments in the of 9,854.65, in -
I` clod ing the January Street Lighting bill ih -,tho. sum of �8,-917.94 and hereby orders
the City Controller to pay same.

j of street lights on lest Ind is na Avenue between Walnut and Olive Streets and on 01ive
Street at the corner of Indiana Avenue, was filed and ordered referred to Y7m. F.
Qualls for investigation and a report to.the Board by Tuesday, Februrry 21st., 1933.
This be ing the date set, continued hearing was on Condemnation.Resolution No.
2435 for the opeing of Colifornia. Avenue. In the above named hearing, the Board decides
tocontinue hearing until Tuesday, March. 21st. , 1933, at 10 A. Y.

The -Board approved the renewal cer t i fi ca. to for the excavation bond in favor
of Thilman -Bros., in the sum of Q11000.00 signed by the I!sryland Casualty Company of
Baltimore, I''=aryland.
The Board approved the Excavation Bond in favor of Louis S. Niezgodski in
the sun. of $1,000.00 signed by Independence Indemnity Company.
The Board approved the Excavation Bond in favor of William Turnock Jr., in
the sum of . l , 00 0.00 signed by New York C a su al ty Company.
The Board Board approved pay roll calicos for various departments in the sum
of $4,941.99.
The Board approved the pay roll claim for Grad e Separat ion work in the sum
of $433.33 erel hereby orders City Controller to ray same out of Wrack Elevation Fund.
The Board approved claim for various departments in the sum of 303.44.
