Board met in regulor session Cat 10:00 A. 1All members present. 14iinutes
of meeting held Tuesday, November 22nd.., 1932, read and approved,
This being the date set, continued heering was had on Improvement Resolution
No.2475 for the local sewer in Duey Street from Howard Street to South Bend. Avenue.
In tre above named improvement resolution, the Board decides to continue
hearing until Tuesday, December 13th., 1932.
The Board approved a claim in the sum of $288.45 for the street assessments
apinst Lot 704 in Sunnymede Addition. This lot was deeeded to the City by Whitcomb
and. Feller for street purposes, sabject to street assessments. No provision was made
to pay said assessments and the Finance Department agrees to pay same out of their ,
Refunds, awards and indemnities fund provided the Board -of Public Works signs and
approves the affidavit made in favor of Duncan J. Cpmpbe ll, County ,Xreasurer. The.
Board signed and appreved said claim in the sum of g288.45 which pays the prede,
curb, walk, pavement andseder a ssessmenl for the pa st four years, bringing it up
to date.
Claims in the sum of 1179.55 for various departments were sinned and. approved
by th e Boa rd .
The I-oarc' approved ply roll cd.aj_ms for the street dep^rtr�nt acid cemetery
department in the sum of 82,651.43.
City Engineer, H. C. Wray, submitted the f ollowing schedules for redistribu-
tion of assessment s against the east 10 feet of Lot 74 and the west 44 f eet of Lot
74 in Coq_ui llard Woods Addition, ,hic h were epproved by the Boa rd :

This being the date set, hearing -was had on the assessment roll for the local
setrTer improvement in Huey street from Keller Street to Bryan Street and also in
Marquette Boulevard from alley test of O'Brien Street to Huey Street under Im-omvement
Resolution N0.2473.
In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appee.red and no written
remonstr?nces were filed end the Eoard, being fully advised in the premises, finds that
the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited in the amounts shown on said
roll. The Board., therefore, takes final action on said assessment roll and declares
same in all things ratified, eonf ir-ned and at) —proved without modification and the pro—
ceedings closed. The Board- nor orders said assessment roll delivered to the Department
of Finance,
