I Board met in repaTar session at 10:00 A. 1G. All members present. I'ljnutes of
meeting held Tuesday, August 30th. 1932, read and approved.

In the ab ove named improve m.aa. t resolution remonstrators appeared d pp protesting
against the proposed improvement. Other property owners ztere also present advocating:
same. After hearing

all persons interested in said resolution and being fully advised
in the premises, the Board finds that the bene fi is to the several lots and parcels of
i land liable to be assessed. for said: improvement will be equal to the estimated cost of
same as reported by the City Civil Engineer. The Board., therefore, decides to take
final action on said improvement resolution No.2474 and declares same in all things

ratified, confinxied and approved without nod ificat ion. The Property owners have tell

days from this date to file a written remonstrance against said improvement am the
Board
orders that advertisements of sealed proposals for said improvement be with -held
until the ten day for
period remonstrance has expired.

The Board approved claims for vc? rious departments in the sum of r�p18, 794.15.
The Doard approved pay roll claims for van ous departments in the sum of ;7,941.94
and hereby orders City Controller to pour same.
Meeting; adjourned at 12 O'clock noon.
