The Board approved a driveway for filling
Street and Tviishawakp A station at the corner of 30th
venue$ subject to the aPPvcval of the City Engineerunder irbose
supervision said driveway will be constructed. ,
The board ordered the flag pole on the City Hall Painted by John Sworeland
at a cos t. of 8.00.
The. -board approved claims for various departments in tIL- sum of 1 $j 5 73. 60.
The Board approved pay Toll claims for street aid alley and street repair
d epa r tme nt and Uity Cemetery Departmen in the sum cif $7 877-16 and hereby orders City
Controller to pay sane.

the awards cf, damages and assessments cf.benefits in the matter of the vacation of
i Streets in Eastlawn Addition under Vacation Resolution NO.2471.
In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators M pep -red and no
written remonstrances were filed. Attorney George 0macht attorney for the Goetz estate
was present. Clerk of the Board submitted Proofs of deliv'err-of notices as provided for
for by law. The Board, after hearing 911 persons interested in said assessment roll and
being fully advised in the premises, finds that the several lots and parcels of land
have been benefited and damaged in the amounts shorn on said roll. The Boardq -therefore
decides to take final action on said assessment
ratif ied roll and declares same in all things
confirmed and. approved and the streets vacated.and all proceedings had with
reference to said vacation resolution No.2471 are hereby sustained and the proceedings
closed.
