Board met in regular session at10:00 A. M. Mr: George A. Schock absent.
Minutes of meeting, held Tuesday, August 2nd., 1932, read and. approved.
City Engineer,, H. G. GVray, filed the tabulations of bids for the local
sever in Huey Street from Keller Street to Bryan Street -und-er Improvement Resolution
go.2473. Tabulations of bids are as follows:

Bids having been received for the construction of the local sewer in
Huey Street from Keller Street to Bryan Street under Improvement -Resolution No.2473 the
Board, this 9th. , day of August, 1932, hereby, award s. the contract for said improvement
to Rocco Simeri at his for bid of 01,585.12.
The Board, upon the recommendation of Vim. F. Qualls, approved the install
etion of a flood. light at the Filling Station located at the comer -of Lincoln Way East
and Miami Street. This light to be set in the sidewalk area bet*een the sidewalk and
curb and to be operated at the expense of the owner of the f illing station.
The Board- signed the contract with -Rocco Simeri for the construction
10f the local sewer in Huey'Street from Keller Street to Bryan Street under Improvement
Ides olut ion No.2473, in the sum of P,1, 585.12. The Board also approved the construction
Pond for said sewer in the sum of 100% of the amount of said contract, si rued by the
�iaryla.nd Casualty Company, by D. Shuman Ellison, attorney -in -fact.
The Board approved pay roll claims in the sum of $8,420..51 for various
e pa r tme nt s .
The Board approved claims for various departments in the sum of $6,739.60
1 hereby orders City Controller to pay same.
