Minutes ' of meeting held Tuesday, July 12th. , 1932, read and. approved. � This being the date set, hearing was had on Improvement Resolution No.2473 for the local sever im.p�vvement in.,Juey Street from Aeller 6treet to Bryan Street; also Marquette Boulevard from the alley crest of O'Brien Street to Huey Street. (See files for copy of resolution.) In the above nan ed improvement re solution, two owners of vacant lots were present remonstrating against said improvement. Other property owners living along the proposed improve re nt were present advocating said improvement. Aftering all • persons interested in said improvement resolution and. being fully advised. in the pre- raises, the Board finds that the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed for said improvement will be equal to the estimated cost thereof and that the improvement is necessary. Therefore, the Board decides to, take final action on j said improvemea t resolution and declares same in all things ratified , confirmed and approved without modification.-:.:-, The Board now orders that on the 2nd., day of August, 1932 , this Board will receive , open and read sealed proposals f or the construction of said improvement up to 10:00 A. P'. This being the date set, hearing was had on the assessment toll showing the awards of damages and assessments of benefits in the matter of the vaca tion of the alley situate in a Triangular parcel of Arnold's First Addition to the City of South Band., Indiana, which parcel is bounded on the East by Grant Street, on the north by TvTerry Avenue and on the Southerly side by the right-of-way of the New York Central Railrcad. Company, under Vacation Resolution No.2472. In the above named assessment roll sha, ing the awards of damages and assessments of benefits, no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrances were filed. Clerk of Board submitted proofs of delivery of notices as required by law. The Board, being fully a dv is ed. in the premises, f lnd-s that t ho -se'veral: l of s -and. paree°ls -of land have been benefited and damaged in the amounts shown on said roll. The Board, therefore, decides to take final action on said assessment roll and declare same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved and the alley vacated and all proceedings had with reference to said alley vacation and hereby sustained. The Board approved pay roll claims for various. departments in the sum of $10,808.95. The Board approved claims for various departments in the sum of $446.95. The Board approved pay roll claim in the sum of $433. 33 for Grade Separation and hereby orders City Controller to pay same out of Grade Separation Fudd.
