Boardmet in special: session at 10:00 A. M. All members present. Members
of the Fees and Saleries._Committee of the -Co' Council` re present
The Board submitted a schedule shoeing hoer appzoximately the same saving,
as was recommended by the Fees and Salaries Committee, could be effected tithout dis-
missing any cf the employees of the Building Department. After careful consideration,
the said .Fees arj5 Salaries Committee asked the Board to present their report at the
Council meeting on Monday evening, June I3th., 1932.

Upon the recomm.endat ion of H. G. Wvray , City Engineer , the Board. approved
a driveway on 30th. , street, just off of Mishawaka Avenue, on Lot 32 in D. C. Egleston
is t. , Addition.

Attached is a list cf the automotive equipment owned by the Board of Public
Works on which we wish to make a quotation for public Liability and pzoperty damage.
Public liability insura ire $5/10,000. limits- carries -a premium of 568.40;
with $10/20 , 000. limits, the premium would be 653. 66 ; with $25/25 , 000 . limits, 693.45 ;
with $25/50, 000. limits, 721.87. The premium for property damage with .gJ5000 limits.

Mr. 0. D. Kise, Cemetery Sexton, appeared before the Board asking permission
to rehire the three laborers recently dismissed by the Council Ordinance. The Board
told him. to ge t a writ ten o rder� from the Fees and Salarie s Committee allowing him to
put these men back at work and upon the presentation of said order to the Board, they
would agree to reinstate them during the sumne r season.
The Board approved pay, roll claims for various departments in the sum of
$9,571.39. The Board approved claims for various departments in the um of w15,50 .24.
Meeting adjourned at 12 o'clock noon.
