After careful consideration, the said .Fees anx Salaries Committee asked the Board to present their report at the Council meeting on Monday evening, June 13th., 1932. Minutes of meetings held June 7th., and June loth. , 193 read and approved. Upon the recommendat ion CC H. G. Gentlemen: Attached is a list of the automotive equipment owned by the Board of Public Works on which we wish to make a quotation for public Inability and property damage. Public liability insura ire $5/10,000. limits carries a. premium of 568.40; with $10/20 , 000. limits, the premium would be 653.66 ; with 25/25 , 000 . limits, 693.45 ; with $25/50, 000. limits, 721.87. Sherman Ellison, President." Mr. 0. D. Kise, Cemetery Sexton, appeared before the Bcard asking permission to rehire the three laborers recently dismissed by the Council Ordinance. The Board told him to ge t a writ ten o rdera from the Fees and Salaries Committee allowing him to put these men back at work and upon the presentation of said order to the Board, they would agree to reinstate: them during the surrmrr season. The -board approved pay roll claims for various departments in the sum of $9,571.39. The Board approved claims for various departments in the um of $151,50 .24, Meeting adjourned at 12 o'clock noon.
