The Boerd. instructed 1'r. Qualls • to appear before the Board on next 'Tuesday
morning with the petitions which he has on file for street lights. The Board will go
over them c^refully with a view to install e feirr lights where they aie most needed.

Sn the above named a ssessm�nt roll, no remonstret ors appeared. and no
written mr onstranees were f iled. Proof of service of notice of saic hearing was shown
by Clerk eff seme wins found sufficient. After hearing 011 persons interested in said
assessment roll and being fully advised tin the premises, the Board finds that the
several lots and parcels of land have been benefited and damaged in the amounts shown
on said roll. The Board, therefore, decides to take final action on said roll and
decl-ares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without modification end y
the street vacated end all proceedings had with iefe;-enee to said vacation are hereby ; •
