Board. met in regular session at 10: 00 A. 11 1Kr. . John K. Smogor absent. Minutes
orf meeting held Tuesday, Febrinry 9th. , 1932, read and approved.
The Citizens Committee on Track Elevation work met with the Board to determine
I what had been done with iefeven ce to the Western Avenue and Walnut Street Grade
Separation work. The Committee were assured. by Mr. Doran that every thing would be
done by this Board toexpidite this important project.
The Board approved the Guarantee Bond of Rocco Simeri for the local sewer in
Iowa Street from Washington Street to the alley north of Western Avenue under Improve
me nt Resolution' ivo.2457 for 10% of the amount due the contractor. The Board signed
arid. approved. same in the am -punt of $153.45 signed by Sun Indemnity Company of New
York.
The board approv ed the renewal certificate for the excavation bond of A. 0.
Eulitz, in the amount of �;1,000.00 signed by Continental Casualty Company.
The Board approved claims for various departments amounting to $9,973.77.
