This being the date set, continued hearing was had on the assessment: roll for the local sewer improvement on Hamilton Street from Portage Avenue to a point 50 feet E of the east line cf Colle ge Street under Improvement Resolution Vo.2458. In the above named assessment mll, the Board decides to continue hear- ing until Tuesday, January 19th. , 10,32, at 10:00 A. M. The Board approved the co nt inuati on certificate for the Excavat ion -bond in favor of ueorge McNab in the amount of 81,000.00 signed by Constitution •. Indemnity Company of Philadelphia. The Board approved the clanged certificate from the Constitution Indemnity Company of Philadelphia with reference to the excavation bond in favor of C. S. Randolph. The board approved the redistribution of assessments agpinst Lot 4 in Davis Addition for the River Park `-.'rank Dearer Number 1, as shown on the schedule submitted.
