of meeting held Tuesday, `Jeoemoe r 22nd. , 1931, read and appmved.

amount of �.?1,000.00 signed by Ohio Casualty lnsurance Uompa.ny.
The Board approved Ire renewal certificate of the Excavation Bond in favor
of 'United Heating; and Plumbing Company, signed by Fidelity and Casualty Company Cr New
York.
This tieing the date set, hearingwas had on the assessment roll for the
local sewer Improvement in Hamilton Street from Portage Avenue to point 50 feet E of
E line of Uollege Street under Improvement resolution ivo.2458.
In the above named assessment roll, the boara decides to continue nearing
until Tuesday, January btn . , 1932, at 10 :00 A. M.

In all of t ri.e above named assessment ro l is s how ing the awards of damages and
assessments of be refits in the matter of said vaeat ions , no remonstrators appeared and
no written remonstrances were filed. Clerk or board suomitted proof of' service of
notices as heretofore order by board. After hearing all persons ingested in said
assessr.ent rolls, and being, fully advised in the premises, the board decides to take
final action oft saga rolls anti declares same in all things ratified, conriimed and
approved and the proceec".ings closed and the streets and alleys vacated and all proceeai
had with reference to said vacations are hereby sustained and the proceedings closed.
Upon the r ecominenciat i on of Wm. e. Qua Ls, tn.e board approved the petition of
the lnd Tana hell Telephone Company for construction of underground ca. hie and removal
work in connection with the eutowr of the Lincoln Centr-al Office to Franklin Central
of Tice, as shomn on their petition of December 23rd. , 1931.
The Board approved claims for various departments in the amount of 4429.82.
The Poard approved the claim of th.e Uockrell Tractor Company in the amount of
1,125.00, same to ce paid out of bond Issue appropriated to tre 6treet llepartment for
