This being the date set, continued hearing was had on the assessment toll
showeing the awards of damages and assesslients of benefits in the matter of the vacation

In the matter of the work to be done on the street flusher, bids for which
were received December loth., 19319 the -board awarded the contract for this work to
Charles i'. hagedorn, at their price cf 4750.00 with the understanding that the tires
are to be i:il-st line, all weather heavy duty Good Year Tines and Tubes, and Type K
Firestone Rims.

Board net in regular session at 10:00 A. M. All members present. Minutes
of meeting held Tuesday, 'Wecembe r 22nd. , 1931, reaa and appio,ved.
The board approved t i3e Excavation bond in favor of Ernest C. Traver in the
amount of �$1,000.00 signed by Ohio Casualty insurance company.
The Board approved the renewal cer ti fi cat e of the Excavation bond in favor
of 'United heating and numbing Company, signed by Fidelity and Casualty Company cl, blew
York.
This being the date set, hearing was had on the assessment roll.for the
local sevrer Improvement in Hamilton Street from rortage Avenue to point 50 feet E of
E line of College Street under Improvement resolution 1vo.2458.
In the above named assessment roll, the board decides to continue nearing
until Tuesday,, January 5th., 19329 at 10:00 A. M.
