In the auove named assessment roll, the boaro,, nereby, orders that on
the 29tii. 2 day of -uecemiDer,, 1931, this board will meet in their office in the City Hall
at 10:00 A. M. , to near and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has
been affected by said vacation and will decide whe-Grter the several lots and parcels of
lr-,nd have been or will be benefited or ciamr1pect in the amounts shown on said roll. The
Board further orders That notices or said peering together with the amounts or damages
awarded and benefits assessed be delivered to property m.,ners according to law.
Meeting adjourned at 12:00 O'clock noon.

the Street Department, the board made the following awards for the purchase of said
equipmen t: r

of $2.86.00.
I Baterpiller Tractcr, Standard equipped, Cockrell Tractw Co., Ft. Wayne,
Imd_iana, at their bid of 41,125.00.
1 Morel "30" Allis-Chalmers Industrial iiheel "Tractor witi, neavy duty
front axle, all6y Spindles,, muffler, heavy duty rand brake, adjustable automatic
coupler with 30 x 5 front pneumatic ana 40 x 8 rear dual pneumatic rubber tires, at
their bid of $1,178,00, whien was awarded to h. E. Hillsman Company, Chicago, Ill.
3 baker V type 51 side walk snow plows, complete, �t tree bid of ho E.
Hillsman Company, Chicago,, 1111, of 265.00 each, or total of $705.00,
3 baker reversible Trip blade snow plox s., complete, at the bid of H. E.
Hillsman Compmy, Lhicago, Ill., of §245*00 eachq or total of 735.00,
2 International harvester Company, McCormick -Deering 4 speed Tractor
at the bid of Tractor & Equipment Co., Chicago, of o1,,27;D.00 each or 02,,550.00.
All of tirle above equipmentto be shipped at once from nearest snipping
point .
