Board met in reE-ular session at 10:00 A. M. All members present. Minutes of
meeting held Tuesday, November 24th., 1931, react ana approved.
The Board approved the Guarantee Bond of the Albert Construction Company for
the pavement improvement on bEndix Drive from Urumstown Avenue to Lincoln Way West
under Improvement Resolution No.2437, in the amount of $658.81 signed by Metropolitan
Casualty Insurance Company of hew York.
Upon the re camenda tion o f Uity Engineer, H. G. Wray, the Board approved a
plan 1b r drive ways at the corn r o f Lafayette Blvd. . and Monroe Stree t.

plan of try Nortn.ern Indiana Public Service Company for laying new gas mains from a
point approxinately 2*0 feet East of E.P.L. of High Street in Pennsylvania Avenue to
W. P. L. of alley vest of Franklin Street at Garst Street, for the purposef:,of serving
the Studebaker Corporation with enlarged mains.
The board approved the renewal certificate for the Conti -actors Bond in favor
of Hay Weaver Co., in the amount of $1,000-00 signed by Americen 6urety Company of
New York.
The Board approved claims for various departments in the amount of $llt033.13.
