JOSEPH 1 COUNTY STATE OF INDIANA that it is desired anti deemed necessary to establish and fix Setback or Building Lines within the City of South Bend on and over lots and parcels il of land adjoining and abutting upon that portion cf Lincoln Way East which extends from Western Avenue to Sample Street in said city, which set -back or building lines shall be est-blished and fixed as follows: r .
