Board net in ace gular session at 10:00 A. M. All members present. Minutes of
meeting `l held m sda y, November 3rd. , 1931, read and approved.

In the above named assessment roll, the clerk of the Board filed proofs of deliv
of notices shoring -tile damages .awards and qe ne fits assessed, as here to lore, ordered by
f said Board and same were round suf- icient, No remonstrators appeared and no written
remonstrences.wer+e filed and the board, after hearing all perscros interested in said
vacation roll, finds that the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited and
li damaged in the amounts shown on said roll. The board, therefore, decides to take final
action on said assessment roll and declares same in a 11 things r c tffiea, confirmed and
approved without modification and all proceedings had with reference to said vacation
resolution ho.2415, are hereby sustained and the alley vacated.

In all of the ai;ove named assessment iolls, the Clerk of the board f iled proofs
of delivery of notices showing the amounts of damages awarded and benefits assessed,
as heretorore old.ers by said board and same were found sufficient. ivo remonstrators
appeared and no written remonstrances were filed and the Board, being: fully advised in
the premises, rinds that the several lots aid parcels of .land have been benefited and
damaged in the amounts shown on said rolls. The hoard, therefore, decides to take final

owners according to law.
City engineer, h. u. Wray, suomitted partial estimate lvo.l for the local sewer
improvement in Hamilton street from Portage Avenue to a point 50 feet east of College 1
Street, in accordance with the terms of trie contract between the City and Bohn Lugases�,
Contractor, um er improvement Resolution ho.2458. The uoara signed and approved same j
in the amount cf �216.90.
The Board ordered the gulls ing Commissioner to issue to Morris Lerman a tempor-
ary permit ror the remodeling of the store building at 2b28 Western Avenue with the
understanding that said Morris Lerman will not claim any damages to his property
at the time of the widening of western Avenue in excess of the condition or the proper
ty -before said repairs were made.
