Of meeting held October 27th., 1931, read and approved,
City liigineer, H. G. Wray, filed plans and the Board adopted said plans
tog -ether with tiie following 'Vacation -hesolution:
Copy of Vacation Resolution Ro.2468.
Resolved by the EoercL of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana,
That it is desirable to vacate the following:
The alley east of Michigan Street from the south line of New York Central
Railroad right of way to the north line or the 1st., alley south of Bronson Street.
The following property may be injuriously or . beneficially affected by such
vacation:
Lot 8 in bionson's Survey, New York Uentral Railroad right of way and the
following described tract. beginning at the intersection or the south line of the
New York Central Railroad right of way ana the east line of the 1st., alley east of
Michigan Street, thence south along -die east line of the 1st., alley east of Michigan
Street a distance of 65 feet to a point, thence east a distance of 85 feet to a point,
thence north to the south line of the New York Central Railroad right of way, thence
west along tree SOUt h line of the New York Central Railr OaLd right of way to the east
line of the lst.,, alley east of Michigan Street., tree place or beginning,
