his being the date set, hearingwas had on Vacat ion Resoletion No.2452 for the
lacation of alleys in block bound ed by lend ix -'ri ve, Kale.y street, Bertrand Street
;and. Kenwood Avenue. (See files for copy of vacation resolution.) f

In the above named vacation resolution, no remonstrators appeared. and no-ritten
(remonstrances v,;ere filed arf the board, being fully advised in the premises, and after
;hearing all persons interr-_ ste d in same, decides to take final action on said vacation
resolution No,2452 and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved
• ;with out modification ^nd the alleys vacated. The Board n ou orders that a list or roll

This being the gate set, hepring was had on Improvement Resolution No.2455 for the
pavement of Rorth 5ho re Drive f rom Teich ignn Stre et t o a point I80 feet west of Lafayette

Boulevard. (See files for copy of resolution.)

Mn the above named improvement resolution, pr op erty owners asked_ the Board to
take no further action on said resolution, and the .board, therefore, declares same null
I� and void and all former action taken with reference to said improvemEnt is hereby, re
scinded.

Upon the petition of property owners on 1`Jor th Shore Lrive from h1ichigan btreet to
a point 180 feet vest of Lafayette Boulevard, the -Board granted permission to resurface
said street under private contract but assumed no responsibilty whatever in connection
with same. City engineer, H. C. Wray, is instructed to give these property owners his
co-operation in connection vith this improvement.
The -board approved claims for various departments amounting to S'12,638.44 for
p2 y r S.
The board approved the pay roll claim for Urade Separation wo±X in the amount of
'433. 33 and hereby orders City Controller to. pay same out of Grade Separation Fund.
