Board adopted. said plans and specifications toeptl-er with Improvemnt Resolution
No.2457 for the local sewer in Iowa Street between 'Vashington Avenue and the alley
North of 'i'Jestern Avenue. (See files for copy of resolution.)
In the above named improvement resolution, the Board. hereby orders that on
the 8th., day of September 1931, this Board will met in their office in the City hall
at 10:00 A. M., to hear and receive mmonstra.noes from all persons interested in said

In the above ;tamed assessment roll, the Board, hereby, orders that on the 8th

estimate in the mount of 52 0, 72 9 which is 85p of the completed_ work.

This being the date set, hearing was had on the assessment roll showing the
awards of camages and assessWnts of benefits in the matter of the Condemnation of
'Nalnut street from "este im Avenue to 2nd. , alley south- of Westewn. Avenue under Cond emna
ti on resolutionlo.2446.

Samuel -,mnd. Elizabeth Burke, was present and filed. a tnrri tten remonstrance agar inst the
amount s o[' damages awarded and is assessed against the various pieces of }property

owned by said Samuel Burke, and- jointly by Samuel Burke md Elizabeth Burke. After hear-`
g all persons intEsested in said assessment roll and being fully advised in the premises
the Board finds that the sever -al lots and parcels of land have been benefited and damagedl
in the amounts showh on said assessment roll. The Board, theref ore,, decid es to take final
action on said roll and. declares same in all think ratified, confirmed and approved witfi-
out modification and the ploceedirigs closed. The Board, hereby sust9ins all fbrmer acti8ln
taken on said. Condemnation Resolution No.2446 and the Board further orders mid roll
delivered to the Department of Finance.

In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no i,,iritten remon-
strances were filed and the Board, being fully advised. in. the premises, finds that the
several ld3ts and parcels of land- have beenbenefited and damaged in the amounts shown
on s aid roll. The Bonrd, therefore, decides to take fin--1 action - on sai6 assessment
roll and d eclp.,res same in all things ratified, oonfir,-aed- and approved vd thout modifica-
tion and the proceedings closed. The Board, hereby, sustains all former action. taken
on sa id, Vmcetion Resolution Nlo.2447 and hereby orders said assessmen t r oll delivered to
the Demrtment of Finance.
Meeting adjourned at 12 o'clock noon.
