Resolved by the board of Public Works of the U ity of 'youth Bend, Indiana,
That it is desirable to vacate the following:
Alley east of 25th ., Street from the south lane of the alley south of
Pleasant `street to the St. Joseph River.
The following crop erty may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such
vacation:
Lots 6, 7 & 8 in Twin City Realty Co., Sub. & Lot II$ in Original Plat of
River Park.
