Board rot in regular session at 20:00 A. M.. All members present. Mlinutes of
meeting. veld July 21st. , 1931. read and approved.
j� This being tln date set, hearing was had on the assessment roll for the

! In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared end no written
remonstrances were filed_ arid. the Board, being fl..i lly advised in the premises, finds that
. ; the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited in the amounts shown on said
assessment roll. The Board, therefore, takes finial action on sa: id a,ssessm nt roll and
declares same in all things ratified, oonfirmed and approved withcut modif-lestion and
the preceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment roll delivered to the
Department of Finance.

of Western Avenue under Condemnation Resolution No.2446, filed the primary assessment
roll, -howing the awards of damages and assessments of benefits in said condemnation.
In the above named asses ment roll , the Board , hereby orders that on the Ilth . day

by said condemnation and will decide whether the several lots and parcels of land have

awarded or benefits assessed, be delivered to property owners according to law.

showing the awards of damages and assessments of -benefits under said Vacation. In the

. The Board approved pay roll claims in the amount of �13 I5S.74 for various
department s.
The -Ooard approved pay roll claims in the amount of 5433.33 for track elevation
wrok and hereby orders City Controller to pay same out of G`rade beparation Fund.
The Boa rd approved a claim of 1 . T. Tranberg for miscellaneous repairing in the
amount of Sg76.00.
