The -Board approved_ the written petition of VlYhitcomb and -seller extending
time for completion of walk a.nd curb on Yishawak!n Avenue from dune 15th . , to July
I5th., 1931.
The Board approved the written petition of Whitcomb and h-eller to extend
time for completion of walk, curb and pr ading on ffarnema_n Street from I,11-ichigan �'trett
to f'Ia in Street, to duly I5th. , 1931.
The Board approved claims for various departments in the amount of
,206.26.

The board approved the Contractors Bond of � orporan and Go cking in the amount
j of 'U,000.00 signed by employers Liability Assui-ance �'orporation.
!j The Board approved the excavation bond in favor of Joseph H. Gross in the am
of g,000.00 signed by continental Uasualty Co.
The Board signed the contract with Spa doni 'Jo. , fbr the construction of a local
jj sewer in Fremont street under Improvement Resolution No.2438 in the amount of 476.88.
j The board signed and approved the construction bond of same in the amouh.t of I00% of
the contract 1rice signed by -Lidelity & Casualty Co. , of llew York.

adopt ed seid plans and_ spcifications together with the follav ing Improvement Resolution:

In the above named improvement resolution, the Board, hereby, orders that on the
I4th. , day of July I93I, this Board will meet in the or bffice in the City Hall to hear
and receive remonstr-ances from all persons whose property may be assessed for said im-
proverrent and will decide whd)bher the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land
will be equP1 to the estimates{ cost ct said improvement. The Board further orders that
notices of said. hearing be published on the 26th., day of June and on the 3rd. , day of
July 1931 in the South Bend 'Tribune and Yirror according to law and that notices be
mailed to property owners according to law.
