This being. the date set, continued hearing was had on Condemnation Resolution
No.2435 for the opeing of California Avenue from Chicago, Indiana and Southern Railroad
Right of way to Wilber Street.. (see files for copy 'of resolution.)
In the above named Condemnation Resolution No.24351 the Board decides to
continue hearing on same until Tuesday, June 30th. , 1931.

Western Avenue (North side) from Kosciuszko Street to 1=aple Street, antler Condemnation
Resolution 11,1o.2413. filed the assessment roll, shoviing the awards of damages and assess-
ments of benefits in said Uondemn^tion Resolution.

will meet in their office in the City hall at I0:00 A. I., to hear and receive remon-
strances from all persons whose property has been affected by said vacation. The Board

ed according to law, as the case may be.
