No.2435 far the opeing of California Avenue from Chicago, Indiana end Southern R. R.
right of way to Wilber Street. (See files for copy of resolution.)
In the above nt-med Condemnetion Resolution No.2435, Attorney G. A.
Farabeugh, rep relsentinF the Nov York CEntral R. i1road CoTpany and other representative
of said zet-droad company were present, protesting apr,,ins t the opening of said street.
A written remonstrance was filed against said opEning and the Board., a fter hearing all
persons interested in. said condemnation resolution, decides to continue hearing until

disposal in the City of South bend. hr. Matthews gave an;'abridged outline of the impor-
tant f ects contained in the written reported which was filed.
