This being the dates set, hearing was had. on Vacation resolution N0.2433 for
the vacation of all alleys in Block bounded by Eendix Drive , Kenwood Avenue, fsaley St. ,,
and Linden Avenue. (See files for copy of resolution, )`
In tl� above namd vacation resolution i1o.2433, the Board decides to rescind
all fbrme r action taken on said re so lu ti on and declares sane null and void and the pro-
ceedings closed.

The Board aprroved the Contrec tors Bond in fabror of rerschel Ureen in the
amount of I, 000.00 signed by Great American lnd emnity Co.
The Bird approved the-xcatation Bond of n. Collmer in the amount of 'I,OOO.00

Begir.ninp at the point of intersection of the East line of of Wilber Street
and the center line of Calif ornia Avenye produced East; thence South along the ea-st
line of Wilber Street twenty-five (25.01 feet to a point, which point is the point of
curvature for the next described line which is a curve. The tangent to the curved
line at the above described point is a line parallel to and twenty-five (25.0) feet
South of the center line of California Avenue produced East; thence running Northeasterl
on a IO degree, 12 minutes 32 seconds curve to the left, a distance of One Hundred
