alley south of Jefferson Street from Kaley Street to Bendix Drive; under Vacation Resolu
tion No.2425.
In the above named assessment roll, the Board, hereby, orders that '
on the 28th., day of April, I93I, this Board will meet in tl�;ir office' in the City Hall
at I0:00 A. M., to hear and receive remonstrances from ell persons whose property has
been affected by such vacation and will decide whether the several lots and parcels of I
land have been or v;ill be benefited in the amounts shown on said roll. The Board
further orders that notices of said hearing together with the amounts of benefits or ! •
dmages be deliveredto property owners according to law.
The Beard approved claims in the amount of %2I,424.53 for various
departments.
Meeting adjourned at 12 o'clock noon.
