R esolved by the board of Public Works of the City of South bend,, Indiana., !that it is desirable to vacs to the follovving: • Ke_ley Street and the alleys bounded in block bound'ed by rind ix Drive,, Kentwood Avenue d Linden Avenue, as follcwings to wit: The first alley north of Lind en. AwnLe from �ley Street to the first alley -west of Kerley Street. Also the first alley west of Kerley street from Linden Avenue Ito Kenwood -'venue, all in the City of South Bond Indiana. The following propErty may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such lvace t ion: Lots 27, 28) 291 761 77 and 78 in Kaley's First subdivision, and lots 139 land 146 in h-aley's Second subdivision; all in the City of South Bend. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 17th. I day of April and. on the 24th. . day of April 1931 in the South -bend Tribune and M'irror. This Board at its office in the City Hall on the 28th. , day of April, 1931. at 10:00 A. IT., will hear -and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by said, procee(ines. M. , to Neer and receive remonstrances from all p ers ons whose property has been affected by such vacation and will decide whether the several lots and parcels of land have been or will be benefited in the amounts shown on said roll.
