of damages and, assessments of benefits, in the matter of the vaca tion of Merry Avenue
from Olive street to Igast line of ivaeade street, etc., under Vacation hesolution ho.2427.
in the above named assessment roll, the Board., hereby, order sthat on the 21st. dp-i of April 1931, this board will meet in their office in the City call at 10:00 A. Y.,
to hear ;and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property ha s been affected by
said vacation and will decide whether the several lots anci parcels of land have been
or will be benefited or damaged in the amounts snown on said roll. The Board further
orders that notices of said hearing toge then with. tile an ount of benefits or damages
assessed. or awarded, shall be delivered to property owners according to law or published
according to law as the case rray be.

City Engineer H. G. Wray, filed the primary assessment roll for the vacation
of the alley north of Aupel Street from Brookfield street to alley -West. of BrookefieZd
Street under Vacation Resolution No.2426.
In the above named assessment roll, the Board, hereby, orders that on the 21st.
