Board met in refular session at 9 A. 11. All members present. Minutes of
meeting Yield March 24th.1 I93I,, read. and approved.
The Board approved pay roll clairras for street depertm.ent and ceme tery
j department in the amount of 6,207,55.

The board approved claims for vari cus d r partment s in the amount of 9,954.9I

it This being the date set hearing was had on tre assessment roll for the
1 loc l serer in Taylor Street from �ndiana. Avenue to 2nd., alley north cif' Indiana Avenue
under Improvement E es glut i on No . 240I .
In the above named assessment roll, no re:monstratars appe=tired and no remora-
atratcsrs appeared and the Board, being hilly a dvised in the premises finds that the
several 1•ot s and parcels of land have been benefited in the amounts shorn on sa id roll.
I� The Board, therefore, takes final action on said assessment roll and. declares same in
all things ra tified, confirmed and approved without modification and the proceedings
closed. `:i'he Board now orders said a ssessre nt 'roll delivered to the Department of
Fine nce.
This being the date set, hearing vas he d. on the assessment roll showing the
awards of damages. and assessments of benefits in the matter of the vacation of the
alley west of Main Street from south line of alley south of Eckman Street to Oakside
Street under 'Vacation Resolution Bo.24I9.
In the above named a ssessmnt roll, no remonstrators appeared and. no remon-
strances were filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises, finds that the
sever al lots and parcels of land have been benefited and dam, -Fed in the amounts shown
on said roll. The Board, therefore, takes final action on said assessmnt roll and.
declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved vrithout modification and
all proceedings had with reference to said va cation --resolution No.24I9 are hereby
sustained and the proceedings closed.

City Engineer, E. G. 'dray, submitted the following schedules for redistribu-
tion of assessments and were a pp ro ve d by the Board:

in Lincoln Manor 3rd. , Addition, under Improvement Resolution P'o.I7741 as petitioned
for by Union Trust
