St. Louis Blvd. <br />The Ordinance for handicapped parking space signs is written for 1) a handicapped vehicle <br />associated with a driver who has medical proof of handicap, recognized by the Bureau of <br />Motor Vehicles, and who resides at residence where the space is being reserved and 2) that <br />does not have a driveway that offers ease of handicapped access.
