We received (3) quotations for the product as requested. • Brown & Brown General Contractors, Inc.: $156,500.00 • Wilburn Construction Company, LLC. :$142,666.00 o M&V Pro Services: Non -Responsive Based on the quotations we received at the December 21", 2017 Board of Public Works meeting, we recommend rejecting all bids as one was non -responsive and the other two were above budget established for the project and so the project will be re-scoped and re -bid.
