Lafayette Jeff, Regarding your 90 occupancy request - your permit WILL expire at 90 days and I can no longer renew it. I suggest you begin now to make a request through the Board for extended occupancy beyond 90 days. You certainly have the option to complete your work early and vacate the site, however if you have any delays, weather, etc. and go beyond you WILL need to vacate the work site until you have Board approval - which could take weeks depending on the meeting schedule. In order to make a request through the Board, write a letter on company letterhead with your request for extended occupancy beyond 90 days, Include your traffic control/barricading map and submit this to the Clerk of the Board (Linda Martini), If you provide this prior to November 7th you Will likely be on the agenda for the next meeting.
