Whereas, the Standard Specifications for this contract provides for such work to be performed, the following change Is recommended. General or Standard Change Order Explanation The contract completion date will need to adjusted to adhere to INDOT spec 622.06 - The planting season shall be from September 1 through the following May 25, with the exception that trees shall be planted from October 1 through the following April 15, provided the trees are dormant. Moving the completion date to April 27 2018 will allow for a spring inspection of the trees to be planted this fall. No additional compensation will be made with this change order.
