of 0,000.00 signed by Commercial Casualty Insurance Company.
the board approved the redistribution of assessments for the pavement on
Altgeld Street under resolution lyo.1239 as petitioned for by property c ye rs , and as
ohown on schedule submitted Ly City LnFineer.
The hoard approved claims for various departments in the amount of rISMS

Of QII2749.62 and hereby orders City Controller to pay same.
The board approved pay roll claim for grade separation work in the amount
of 5433.33 and hereby orders the City Controller to pay same out of grade separation
fund..
City Engineer filed the assessment roll sharing the awards of damages and
assessements of benefits �_n Oe natter of the vacation of streets and alleys in Oakwo
Addition under Vacation Resolution ho.2420.
In the above named assessment roll, the Board, hereby, orders that on the
DO., das, of March I93I, this Board will meet in ;heir office in the City call at
I0:00 A. M., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or affec
ed by said roll and will decide whether the several lots and parcels of land have been
or Till be benef it ed or damared in the amount s sha n on said roll. The hoe rd further
orders that notices of said hearing together with the amounts of damages awarded and
bensfitzr ssesseu, shall be delivered according to law.
Upon the recommendation of Street Commissioner, B. J. h nge ldrum, the
Board hereby orfers that all loads in excess of 4000 pounds be prohibited on the
Hydrr-ulic Avenue bridge. This order is issued as precautionary nothod of avoiding
any possible accident due to excessive WOW on this tridge.
