Board met in regular session at 9 A. Y. All members present. Minutes of
meeting held February 3rd., 1931, read and approved.
City engineer, H. G. Wray, submitted schedules for redistribution of
assessments, which were approved by the Board as follors:
Redistribution of assessments for Northwest: 'Trunk Sewer as petitioned for
by Jacob & Telesfor and Helen F. Andrysiak.
Redistribution of assessments for 20th . , Otreet grade, curb and walk as
petitioned for by Adam. Huntsberper et al.
Redistribution of assessments for Indiana Avenue Sewer as petitioned for
by Madison and N. rgaret A. Miller.
Redistribution of assessments for River Park Trunk Sewer No.3 as petitioned
for by J. D . Roberts.
Redistribution of assessments for cement walk on the west side of Huey
Street as pet iti ohed for by Telesfor Andrysiak.
City Apineer filed plans and the Board adopted said plans together with
the follcwing vacation Resolution No.2422:

The Board approved the renewal certificate for the excavation bond in
favor of Noah Nalott of Mishawak.n, Indiana, signed by Aetna Casualty and. Ourety, Co.

This being the date set, hearing was had on Improvement resolution No.240
for. the grading of Amer 'street from iouth line of Lot 20 "hitcomb and Keller's
Addition to` Frederickson Areet. (See files for copy of resolution.)

In the above named improvement resolution, no remonstrators appeared and
jno written remonstrances were filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises,
