premises, divides to take fins 1 action on said vaca ti on resolution and declares same
in all thing:; ratified, confirmed and approved.
The Bw,rd norr orders that a list or mll be prepared of all
owners end holders of property and of valuable interestes therein sought to be taken
which list or roll shall also describe -the property beneficially affected by said
va ca ti on.
The Board aprroved -fie renewal certificate for the excavation
bond of' Thorms E. Brinker, signed by the Suh Indemnity Conxn_ny of New York.
The Board approved the renewal certificate for the excavation
bond of LaFortune eand Shoemaker, signed by London & Lancashire IndEnnity Compmy.
The Board approved the renewal certificate for the excavation
bond of Harve E. 1111alott, signed by Daryland Casualty Ccrnnany of baltirnore.
The Board a -pp mved the excavation bond in favor of La Fortune
and '1oermker in the amount of I,000.00 signed by l aryland Casualty Company.
The Board approved claims in the amount of h5593.56 for various
departments.
