The Board, hereby, appoints Edward Pfeiffer, -Da.vd ; Gibson and Ralph C. Osborn to act as appraisors in d-termining the property values in connection with this condemnation and hereby instructs the Clerk of this Board to !advise the above named appraisors of this appointment.
