In both cf the above named iaacation re solutions, the Board , hereby orders
that on the 27th., day of January I93I, this Bce.rd will meet in their office in the City
Hall at I0:00 A. T,11., to hear end receive remonstrances from all persons interested in
Ior affected by saic vacations. The Board. further orders that notices of said hearing's

treet from Prairie Avenue to Erring° kvenue under Improvement Resolution N0.2400. The
card signed and approved same in the amount of S'I,7I4.44.

ewer in Vialnut Street from Preirie Avenue to Eivinr avenue under Im-nmvement resolution

; Gibson and Ralph C. Osborn to act as appraisors in d-termining the property values
in connection with this condemnation and hereby instructs the Clerk of this Board to
!advise the above named appraisors of this appointment.
